Everyone has stress in their life. Some stress is good but prolonged stress can make you very 
sick!!  Below are some tips for stress management; follow them for a happy and healthy life 
                   Turn a negative into a positive
                    Exercise--releases endorphines
                    Relax--take 10-15 minutes in a quiet room close your eyes and
                    think of all the good things in your life
                    Do a good deed--open the door for someone, offer help to a neighbor 
                    Smile and Laugh
                     Make a positive quote your lifestyle philosophy
                     There are things you cannot control do not obsess about them
                      Get a good nights rest
                      Take 10 deep breaths when you feel stressed 
 
                                    Don't let stress rule your life try one or all the tips daily
                                        for a less stressful life!!

Prolonged stress problems are more prevelant in women than men. Hair loss, stomach & eating disorders, depression, strokes, cancer, rheumatoid arthritis, insomnia, migraine headaches just to name a few. Stress can also be a good thing by elevating your adrenaline levels and causing your brain to make quick decisions. If you always trigger negative feelings your body gets used to that and reacts with negative effects. It is all in how you deal with.

Prolonged stress creates long term depression what is the major symptom of mental illness so stay away from it is very important. Sometime I feel blessed that I'm free from over stress. It doesn't mean that there is nothing of stress but I can throw the extra pressure of it easily. Let's try to keep away from over stress to be healthy! Blessings!!
