Record Your Time For Each Round
Do as many reps as you can of each exercise
Same as Round One but add 5 extra reps of each exercise
Same as Round 2 but try to beat your time by 5-10 seconds
Continue up to 8 rounds adding 2-5 reps for every other round
Try to beat your time for the rounds your are not adding reps
