Healthy Lifestyle Back on Track

My sway to the dark side--no cardio exercise, gorging myself with sugars, carbs, saturated fats and anything else I normally do not eat or drink is over.  I am staying away from refined sugars, white flour, processed foods, deep fried foods; all the nasty junk that makes us feel bloated, irritable, tired basically like crap.  My energy is back, I'm not bloated and I want to do things instead of laying around like a lump on a log.  If you seriously want to change your life; get your energy back, relieve stress plus feel good about yourself and your life in general. Start by adopting a lifestyle that includes regular exercise and a well balanced healthy diet. You will love the way you feel, your face will have a healthy glow and plus you will enjoy a happy healthy life.  Now my next challenge is my renewing and revitalizing my skin.  My healthy diet has definitely had a positive impact on my but now what mother nature can't do science will.  Watch for my skin care updates and progress.  Stay happy and healthy!!

My usual daily routine is composed of sitting in front of the computer all day and eating like a pig every break time. The outcome? I became a big, fat, mean old dude. I think there's really nothing that I can do, my work is literally done through typing in the keyboard all day. I really want to enter a healthier lifestyle but I'm afraid that I’ll have to give up my career just for that. For now, I'll just accept myself for who I am, that's the only way that I can continue my life as a happy person.

I love this blog post! I do not like hot weather and have had trouble going walking, which I enjoy doing. Perhaps I can go swimming. I might even try walking in the early morning as I have problems with sun sensitivity. Thank you for helping me to revamp my routine! I will begin tracking my food again in the morning. I stepped on the scale this evening and was mortified by what I saw! It is back to basics for me!

Thank you for sharing this. My daily routine every morning is that I walk or jog early in the morning around the village to exercise my legs and to keep my body active. I do not usually run because I am having a trouble in breathing when I tried tom so I chose to walk and jog a bit instead. Though I am not that body conscious but I still manage what I eat. I usually eat veggie salad every morning with fresh fruit afterwards and a little sweets. You see, we do not need much effort in maintaining our body's health, we just need to maintain our healthy lifestyle everyday and it is okay to have a cheat day though.

Staying healthy and happy is also my motto in life. I usually do cardio exercises during Mondays and I go to Gym every 2 to 3 days. I try to maintain my fitness with the help of eating proper- diet and lots of water to replace the lost fluid in my body after running or any physical exercise. I also do Yoga every Sunday. I agree that we need to take care of ourselves and be better as long as we can because being able to move is a gift so use it to make yourself and the others better.
