Summer Sun, Fun & Fitness... Now is the perfect time to get fit with these exercise and diet ideas.

Plant a garden or find a community garden co-op.  Fresh home grown veges taste great , 
save time and money--walk out your door and pick them fresh!!

Growing your own food gives you a sense of accomplishment therefore promoting a 
positive attitude.  Does the mind and body good!!

Go for a hike, rent a kayak or canoe.  Check with you local and state parks for hiking trails
 and rental availability. You will find a variety lengths and difficulty.

Participate in a run/walk 5k or Fun Mudder. Most are to support a charity or cause, so you 
are helping others plus keeping your mind and body healthy!!

There are a lot of good things that nature has to offer. People are just too caught up with the hustle and bustle of city life. WE should try to live more simply in a way that we can maximize nature's gifts and enjoy every bit of it. Going out for a run in a grassy park or in the woods would be a great physical exercise with nature. Also, planting your own food at home will not just improve your health, but will also save a lot of money from excessive and unhealthy food.
